With its residential structures, Istinye Park, the largest retail center, has a total area of 400 thousand square meters. It is a wellness center project where multiple ideas are presented simultaneously. It has a public square connected to open park areas, a bazaar with a feel of Ottoman architecture inside, and it combines a European style.

With a spectacular contemporary design and a range of activities within and outside the complex, Istinye Park Mall is unquestionably one of Istanbul's biggest and most lavish shopping centers. In addition to local Turkish businesses, the building houses several luxury international brands. The Istinye Park Mall is home to many renowned restaurants, including upscale and quick food options.

Things to do Istinye Park:

  • The scintillating structure appeals to the six senses:

With its distinctive design, 'Markalar Caddesi' (Marks Street), 100-degree-angled glass dome, movie theatres, entertainment venues, sports facilities, restaurants, and cafés, Istinye Park serves a closed-in area of 87 thousand square meters with about 300 shops.

A four-level arena rests beneath a shell divided into sections in the entertainment area known as The Grand Rotunda. The Rotunda boasts dynamic water sculptures activated with lights and music and three panoramic elevators.

  • Splurge as you indulge in retail therapy at international brands:

Istanbul's most prominent retail center, Istinye Park, is undoubtedly the city's most well-liked shopping destination. This slickly designed one-stop shopping mall is home to more than 300 high-end stores, including well-known designer labels like Prada, Armani, Chanel, and Dior, as well as stylish high-street names like Max Mara and Zara.

Numerous local celebrities frequent this mall and are regularly photographed at the entrance.

  • An enjoyable day out for the entire family:

A classic Turkish food market, an entertainment complex with a glass dome, retail arcades with glossy finishes, and an outdoor dining area built around a park with illuminated fountains are all included in the mall. With its historical Turkish design, influenced by Turkish architecture on every façade, the bazaar area stands apart from the rest of the town.

There are playgrounds, sports fields, parks, and even a typical vegetable market. It's a win-win scenario for all families because the site is relatively contemporary, roomy, clean, and neat, with a sizable children's department where you can leave your kids while you shop.

If you spend the entire day shopping at the mall, you won't get hungry because there is a beautiful food court.

Several well-known restaurants at Istinye Park Mall serve anything from fast cuisine to gourmet dining. The Rainforest Café opened its first outlet in Turkey in Istinye Park, located on the shopping center's ground floor.

A tropical rainforest has been created by The Rainforest Café, replete with waterfalls and local wildlife. It's worth visiting the well-known Nusr Et restaurant, located in the shopping complex and renowned worldwide for its extensive menu of meat specialties.

  • Entertainment on the block:

You're lucky if you like movies since Istanbul's Istinye Park Mall now houses the first IMAX theatre (a three-dimensional movie theater). A 12-screen cinema with around 2000 seats is also present.
